We provide pre-sale service. Client can get pictures, videos, or come to us to see the pellet machines and production processes. We also provide free test, client can send us their material to see the process result, and choose correct die and compression ratio. If client already has a workshop we can offer a simple layout drawing depends on the size of the workshop.
Our engineers can come to client’s workshop for installation, commissioning and training. This service is provided for the clients at a low price. We offer one year warranty, during this time, In case of non-artificial quality issues under warranty, we will send new spare parts and repair video for free. Low price for wearing parts – we have our own spare parts workshop, can offer all the spare parts that our pellet machines need, no matter how many years they are in use.
Our wood pellet machines are installed all over the word. Engineers have a lot of experience in installation and training. In practice our engineers met many problems and difficulties and solved them with collective wisdom.
We have professional processing machines, lathes and tools. Beside the standard machines, we can also make other equipments by drawings. Our machines also can be used for special purpose. Our technical staff is welcome to discuss any possibility of the usage of our machine. To study the result, we accept materials for testing.
