Debarker is a special machine, which can remove tree bark from the tree log. The tree is divided into bark, wood and pith. Tree bark contains most of the impurities and dust, while the wood part is clean and pure. To make advanced wood products, some production process requires remove the tree bark. For pellets making production, remove the tree bark can make the pellets very clean. After burning, the remained dust will on a pretty low level, also won’t have any smoke. Log debarker’s structure is simple, when logs come into the main body of the machine, while logs keep going; the bark is removed by the blades. Logs come out from the end of the machine; the barks will be collected and gathered by the conveyor automatically. The stripping rate can reach 95%.
